GroupDocs.Redaction

Document redaction app is a tool to remove personal and confidential content from documents. Redaction process can remove sensitive information both from content of documents and their metadata.

Please upload your document, specify text phrase, then phrase for substitution, and push Redact Now button. Our app will process your file and you can download the result.

Our Document redaction app safely and completely removes sensitive content so that it is impossible to restore original content after it was processed with our tool.

The redaction tool allows to replace confidential info either with a text (for example "****") or a color box.

One of powerful features of our app is OCR. Please turn on the OCR option and the redaction tool will process text on images. Please note that this works for color box replacement mode.

How to remove sensitive data from document using GroupDocs.Redaction App

Select redaction type from "Redact" dropdown (text, metadata).
Select your document for redaction.
Enter "Text search value" and "Redaction replace value".
Click on "Redact Now" button to upload and redact your file.
Once your document is redacted click on "Download Now" button.
You may also send the download link to any email address by clicking on "Send" button.
